which kit is right for you?
Every kit builds the same way — bamboo tubes, a jig, and joints you make by hand. The difference is what you'll ride when you're done, and how long the build takes. Start with how you want to ride.

wrapped or lugged?
wrapped — the classic build
You wrap every joint by hand in flax and carbon fibre — the full framebuilding craft, refined over 14 years. More hours, more skills learned, a joint that's yours alone. Typically ~25–45 hours.
lugged — the faster build
Pre-formed carbon-fibre lugs join the tubes, so you spend your time on fit and finish rather than wrapping. The same frame geometry, a quicker path to riding. Typically ~15–25 hours.
