What made you decide to build a bamboo bike?
Willy the globetrotting bikepacker.
Did you enjoy building the bicycle from scratch and would you recommend the experience?
One of the most rewarding projects I’ve ever done.
What did you find most difficult about your bike build?
Keeping alignment.
What was the easiest part of the build?
Cutting the mitre's.
How would you describe the ride of your finished bike?
Like riding on a cloud, until this bike I never understood how much a difference frame flexibility makes.
What would you improve about the build experience or your finished bike?
Setting up a better jig to get proper alignment.
