Georg in Austria created something special. That bronze patina on the lugs looks like weathered copper, giving the frame an almost vintage industrial aesthetic.
The colour coordination here is impeccable. Tan saddle. Tan bar tape. Orange gum wall tyres on Ritchey wheels. Every warm tone works together, complementing the golden bamboo rather than competing with it.
The 'Smile' branding on the display stand feels appropriate. This is a bike that makes you smile. The craftsmanship, the colour choices, the proportions — it all comes together in something joyful.
Gravel geometry means this bike isn't limited to smooth tarmac. Those tyres will handle farm tracks, forest paths, the kind of mixed terrain the Alps are famous for. Austria's cycling is varied, and this build is ready for variety.
The garden setting — winter grass, bare hedges, dropped leaves — suggests this photo was taken right after completion. Fresh out of the workshop, before the first real ride. That moment of anticipation before discovery.
