- Groupset: Shimano 105 12-speed R7120 mechanical groupset — FC-R7000 chainset (choice of crank length and ring sizes), BBR60 BSA or Italian bottom bracket (BB72 pressfit option), CS-R7120 cassette (choice of ratios; 11-32 and 11-34 need the GS rear derailleur), CN-HG601 chain, FD-R7120 front derailleur, RD-R7120 rear derailleur (SS to 11-30, GS for 11-32/11-34), ST-R7020 STI levers with inner cables

- Brakes: Shimano dual-control hydraulic STI disc brakes (BR-R7020), centre-lock rotors
Wheels & tyres
- Wheels / tyres: Miche Reflex DX disc wheels (thru-axle), Brand-X 12mm thru-axles front and rear, Impac 700c inner tubes, Vittoria 700x28c tyres
Finishing kit
- Finishing kit: Tifosi Uno road handlebar, Uno alloy stem, Uno alloy seatpost, Monza saddle, Tifosi bar tape, Brand-X tapered sealed headset with carbon insert (matched to your frame kit)
- Fork: Tifosi full-carbon road disc fork
