What made you decide to build a bamboo bike?

I already own a bamboo bike which I had purchased on a trip to Ghana, and I really love it.

Did you enjoy building the bicycle from scratch and would you recommend the experience?

Yes, it was so much fun and I would definitely recommend it, although it wasn't quite as straightforward as I thought it would be.

What did you find most difficult about your bike build?

Installing the internal cables.

What was the easiest part of the build?

Installing the groupset.

How would you describe the ride of your finished bike?

It feels smooth and comfortable.

What would you improve about the build experience or your finished bike?

It would be great if there was an option to get the lugs with a coat of primer only or no paint at all.
