Gravel lugged frame, ready for pre-order. The result of development work that started years before this announcement.

Designing a pre-lugged system for gravel meant solving specific problems. Wider tyre clearance. Disc brake mounts. Geometry that handles rough terrain with confidence. You can see the result here: black pre-formed lugs meeting golden bamboo tubes in a frame ready for adventure.

The ghosted components around the frame show what it becomes. Drop bars for multiple hand positions. Wide tyres for mixed surfaces. Disc brakes for confident stopping in any weather. A complete gravel machine waiting to happen.

Pre-lugged kits make frame building more accessible. The complex structural work is done — angles are set, tube sockets are formed, threaded inserts are installed. What remains is preparation, bonding, and finishing. Still satisfying, but with less room for error.

That first batch landing in early May represented months of testing, refining, testing again. We don't release products until they're right. The wait is intentional.
