Start from the right: bamboo tubes with our yellow stickers, sized and selected for the frame you'll build. Move left to the pre-formed lugs in black — head tube junction, seat cluster, bottom bracket, dropouts, chain and seat stays. The engineering is done; the building is yours.

The laser-cut plywood pieces are your jig system. Flat-pack precision that assembles into the alignment tool you'll need to keep everything straight while the bonds cure. Clever design that ships easily and works reliably.

Permabond adhesives handle the structural bonding. Proper aerospace-grade stuff that creates joints stronger than the materials around them. The small packets contain everything you'll need.

The spec sheet says it all: 50mm tyre clearance for proper gravel rubber. Modular dropouts for belt drive or derailleur compatibility. Tapered headtube for modern forks. Disc brake mounts positioned correctly.
