We guide you through every step from choosing your bamboo to the final finish.

  1. select & cut your bamboo

    Choose your culms and mitre them to your personalised frame drawing.

  2. set the jig

    Lock the geometry — tailored to your body measurements, taken in advance.

  3. lash & bond the joints

    Wrap the joints in natural fibre and high-strength bio-resin.

  4. finish & ride away

    Final inspection, a celebration, and a frame ready for components.

Cycle to Work accepted — typically save 25–39% through your employer's scheme. Every price includes all materials, tools, expert tuition, lunch and refreshments.

    Once a date suits you, we'll confirm your place and reserve your spot in the workshop.

    We'll send you a short online form for your measurements and design preferences, so your frame is tailored to you.

    Before your build, we'll have a quick call to talk through your design and answer any questions.

Before you book

good to know

Do I need any experience?
None at all. Around 95% of participants have never built anything like this before — we guide you through every step.
Can I come with someone?
Yes — many people book with partners or friends. Group discounts are available for 3 or more.
Can I use Cycle to Work?
Yes — we're registered with four schemes (Cyclescheme, Cycle Solutions, Evans and Halfords), so you can typically save 25–39%.
What do I leave with?
A complete frame ready for components. We can advise on, or supply, a groupset to finish the build.
What should I bring?
Just yourself and old clothes you don't mind getting epoxy on. Tools, materials, safety kit, lunch, tea and coffee are all provided.
How long will the frame last?
With proper care, bamboo frames ride for years — we still have frames from our earliest workshops going strong. Our support doesn't end when you leave.
