What made you decide to build a bamboo bike?
I earned some extra fun money from rewiring a house, and thought what a great way to spend it by building my own bike having the set up and components that I wanted.
Did you enjoy building the bicycle from scratch and would you recommend the experience?
I loved it! I would highly recommend it to anyone who loves cycling or challenging themselves.
What did you find most difficult about your bike build?
Choosing all of the components and colour.
What was the easiest part of the build?
Being able to ask any questions or get help from James when needed
How would you describe the ride of your finished bike?
It is amazing! I got stopped by 2 people on my first cycle who wanted to know more about Beryl, my lovely Bamboo bike!
What would you improve about the build experience or your finished bike?
Remember to take the 1:1 plan home so I can put it up on my wall! I loved it, thank you so much James.
