Shipping policy

Do you ship internationally?

We ship our bamboo bike kits all over the world. In our shop we have standard rates for USA, Europe, New Zealand, Canada, Australia. We have accounts with UPS and DHL and can provide quote for anywhere in the world but you will need to get in touch.

How long does it take to ship?

As a small organisation we ship items twice a week and all our products are packed by hand in our London workshop. Please allow a minimum of 5 working days for your order to arrive and if you in a rush please let us know!

Reducing our Carbon Footprint

To reduce our carbon footprint, we ship your goods in one delivery therefore if some items are not in stock there will be a delay and we will ship out the complete order when stock becomes available. However, we know that some of our customers just can’t wait to start building their bamboo bikes straight away. If this is you then please get in touch and we can ship good outs separately although you will need to pay the additional shipping costs and show us how you will offset the additional carbon footprint.

Since the pandemic we do not offer the option to pick up orders from our workshop.

Is shipping tracked?

When we ship your order, you will get an automated email with a tracking delivery number. Tracking information may not update until later in the evening of despatch or the next working day.

My order hasn’t arrived

If you haven’t received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please complete the ‘Order Query’ form and ensure you include your name and order number, and we will investigate it for you.
